How do I check that a KROMAX product is genuine?
Scan the QR code on the product label with your phone camera, or type the 12-character code on this page. The result shows straight away whether the product is registered with KROMAX.
Do I need an app to scan the code?
No. Any phone camera opens the verification page directly, and this page also has a built-in camera scanner.
Where do I find the product code?
It is printed under the QR code on the KROMAX label, in the form XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
How do I activate my warranty?
After a "Genuine product" result, send your name, phone number and a photo of your invoice from the same page. Our team reviews it and your warranty starts on the approval date.
What does "Needs review" mean?
The code was scanned from many different places recently, which can happen with copied labels. Contact us with your invoice and we will confirm the product for you.
